Pros

The ‘weight’ difference between bands is noticeable and the heaviest one is heavy. They have three different kinds of resistance & include a * workout. I wear pants/ leggings while i work out (gym and home) and these worked great over them.

Cons

The only place they will securely sit without rolling up is right above my knees, which does not work for many of the exercises i normally do. They only fit on one thigh. They do not stretch very far, maybe 1 or 2 inches.

They are a thick fabric material that is much nicer than the standard silicone type thin bands that stick to your skin

Hopefully they last and for the cost it’s worth it to me
