Pros
The wool balls help to soften clothes and keep them from 'clumping' together. They also keep comforters and pillows plumped up. The wool helps to clothe and prevent wrinkles.
I use all four dryer balls when drying towels and i believe our towels are fluffier. They reduce drying time and my reliance on dryer sheets. They are quiet in the dryer!
Cons
My clothes take the same amount of time to dry and they are still wrinkled. This product helps with wrinkles but does not help at all with static cling.
