I tried the 2s which the woodyknows website said was the right fit for my nose measurement and they didnt seal off my nostril correctly so back they went ill stick with the larger size

After about 6 months to a year depending upon how often you wear them you should replace them they get a little distorted from being inserted and removed multiple times and may not seal as well

Runny noses make them slip out so ive learned to put them on before starting the cleaning and avoid touch them again until the dust has settled at least 30 mins after cleaning is done if not a couple of hours
