All in all these irritate as much as they help they dont seem to block a lot of particulates especially not smell related so i would give these a miss and look for another solution

Eventually i gave in and did more research into what prescription medication i could take stumbled upon otc nasal steroid spray not decongestant spray or antihistamine spray which both cause withdrawal congestion
