They actually have a 4th size so in case the largest in the 3 pack is too small the 4 size will fit

This works well for all smells the problem is it is not very comfortable and if you do not get it in right people think you have something sticking out of your nose which you do but not what they think

Its true that you have to be very accurate with the fit but theyre very flexible too so as long as you size fit for the shape of your nostril it should work
