Pros

It fits a standard metal trashcan from lowes with no gasket required. Most people have an old metal trash can you can sit this lid on.

Use a plastic wheeled plant caddy underneath and used two small bungee cords to hold unit to the caddy. Use an bungee cord to hold it in place. I also have a rubber mallet that i sit on top to keep it from tipping over.

This accomplishes that. Works perfect in the simplest way. Works like a charm.
