Pros

It isn't hard like most rigid hoses, but it is rigid enough to stay in shape. The bends are not great for suction overall but not a huge issue. Now it no longer wants to retract, which is not a problem.

The good with this hose is that it collapses well, and is fairly compact. If you want something collapsible that you can extend across the room for brief uses, this is a good hose. This hose is very high quality and very durable.

Cons

Hard to keep extended to put on mating pipe and clamp in place. It's also very slippery on the inside, so even if you clamp it onto a fitting, it just slides off with a light tug.

The hose is 10' long, but getting it to stretch to 4-5' was a chore. Had to remove it and go over to woodcraft and buy a better quality hose.
