Pros & Cons
Pros
Adhesion is very good, including the ability to remove the disk. The adhesive backing is appropiately strong. The price seems a bit high but if it lasts then i will consider it a good value.
Cons
The 180 grit 8 sanding disc (pack of three) came rippled---like they had been wet. The abrasive material is probably ok but the support and adhesive doesn't have the quality required for a 20 sander.
