Pros

Timer is very easy to be set up and comes in handy it has three plugs which is pretty convenient. Functions without fail and as advertised.

Great to use for outdoors - haven't had to go out in the snow to fiddle with any light strings. Has various options for timing your lights. Set to turn on at dusk and stay on for 2 hours.

Cons

Bought 2 units, one defective, erratic (on/off) after 2 months. If it's plugged in power continues through no matter what setting it's on. Returned to amazon for a refund.

I can control my outdoor lights with the click of the remote

The remote works well also so am very pleased

I use it for christmas lights with the photocell to on and the timer to turn off after 6 hrs

However i tested it with the xmas lights and works great

Three outlets is hard to find especially at this price
