Pros & Cons
Pros
Arrived in 3 weeks as expected. Still flexible as advertised below freezing!
This cord stiffens up a bit at - 30 c but it is still malleable enough to be bringing in and out of the garage when used to power the block heater on my car. Stronger cord than most. Good quality and it doesn't twist like some extension cords.
Cons
I have extension cords from 20+ years where the cord remains smooth, not knotted. I'm surprised it is advertised winter durable. Not really suited for cold weather as advertised.

We find that most cold weather flexible extension cords will still get very stiff and break easily in sub 30° c weather

When it is below 25° c i would recommend avoiding bending any extension cord sharply and to be very careful when bending or twisting the end of any extension cord to plug in your car even though it says it is cold flexible
