Pros

The mh desigates metal handle and fixed a leaky faucet. The cap on top of my spigot was clearly marked woodford model 17 (had to take a pic with my camera and zoom in to tell for sure) if is just a leaking faucets, it's pretty simple and works.

Easy breezy lemon squeezy. Took 20 minutes to walk through with a wrench and a screw driver.

Great rebuild kit. Worked as described. Just as advertised.

New rubber washer looks thicker and pyramidal/sloped sides but it does compress flat when * onto the end of the rod. Replaced 24yo leaking components and this works.

Cons

There is no gasket or seal for this plastic body so there is always a drip (or more) through the threads. I suggest you plant a shrub near the valve to use all the water that will leak when after it is repaired.
