The quality is great and the wood is a quality product
Ill update if the quality changed since then but my original brush is still in good condition and works well
You can soak the bristles in a dash of warm vinegar for about 5 minutes to help with the stiffness and cleaning just like your hairbrush
I hope the replacement is the same quality as our original purchase

The bristles were a bit flattened from the packaging

Brush itself is on the soft side of things so if you really need heavy duty exfoliants you should look elsewhere

Im 6 and a stiff old man and the plastic loofas i got mean a real stretch to get the area between the shoulder blades because the handle is too short
