Pros
The bristles are sturdy enough to scrub without being too hard. They are rigid enough to clean dirty nails and hands but not too rigid as to hurt my hands. No signs of bristles falling out or the handle splitting.
The beechwood is beautiful and easy to grip. The wood is much nicer than the usual ones. The wooden design allows for a good grip.
The hanging rope is made of natural jute and handy for putting the brush away between uses. It even has a jute cord for hanging in the shower. I am not sure how long the emery surface will last or if it will stay attached after hanging in a damp showe... Read More
These work great to get all grime and nastiness from under his nails. The sand paper side smooths my rough heels.
This brush comes to the rescue! It looks really nice. This nail brush is ideal. Ordered 2 of them.
Cons
Too flimsy for short nails. The bristles are a little too soft and the wood is starting to mold in the shower. My husband is displeased that it cracked so soon after he received it.

The box was destroyed so i wont be able to gift it but if your box is in good shape when delivered it most certainly would be gift able
It came in an unsealed box and is 7
It arrived in a nice box so would make a nice 34stocking stuffer34 for a teen or adult
Also the emery board on the back is a nice touch
Competitiveness
Its much better than the cheapo plastic ones i get at the dollar store
They pumice valley also make a larger version that works well if you need a larger one

Its rough enough to get any dirt out but is still soft enough that it wont cut or hurt you
