Should work well next time i make saurkraut used for the first tamping 2 cases of cabbage

It comes in natural wood so i coated it with flak seed oil to preserve the wood used tje same oil on the raw rutes schredder purchased for a friend as a gift and he said it works wonderfully

We make our own kraut every year now taking the cabbage pounding it and letting it ferment in its own juices
