Dont know about the cheaper knock offs but the woodchuck works great

Was able to lift and move 5 inch logs relatively easily

Was a bit hesitant over aluminum construction my concerns were unfounded

This thing is made incredibly well and right here in the usa

I was even able to roll and lift a 20ft pine log about 16 inches thick with just this timberjack and no help for anyone
