Pros & Cons
Pros
This product is used for my rare hemiplegic migraines. Oxide is the only one that works for me. This product works wonders for leg cramps. My doctor says i should take magnesium for migraines and this is being used as a sleep aid in my case.
Cons
These tablets are only 200 mg each tablet. This is misleading. Not worth it at all.
