Not tight at all around my calves but im a small person 50ft and the height of the boot is right under my knee

I usually wear a 7 12 but since they dont come in 12 sizes i ordered an 8 which was too big so i sent it back and ordered the size 7 which fits great

Love the color fit great over my jeans
