The fabric is a midweight crepe feel not lined but heavy enough that i dont feel it needs a slip and it drapes nicely
Very much like the tiger lily skirt from modcloth
I ordered it in two more colors and i am considering a 3rd

According to the waist sizes in the description i should have gotten an 18 but going by the linked size chart i would be a 20
