Pros
The 7 hoop skirt fits a size 12 and fits snug around the waist. It has a velcro strip over the tie and anchoring it securely. It fits so snug in a good way.
This gives the dress the perfect puff. Hang it up in the bathroom with you while your taking a shower to give it a steam bath. It helps loosen up the top layers of tule and allows for easier fluffing.
Cons
This is defiantly not for someone that wears an xl or is tall. I’m 5’11 and it came to mid shin. Like plastic, fishy something.

Ok it is really good for the price but it did fall apart the boning on the bottom of the skirt ripped through the fabric

I bought this for my wedding but unfortunately i chose to not use the petticoat because my dress already gave me the poof i needed

If you have a size 26 dress i would not recommend then unless below the waist is extra long
