I liked it and gave it a 45 because it was what it says but i don’t like the elastic part it looks really awkward and only wearable with a shirt that goes over the skirt

I ended up wearing the skirt very high waisted practically right below my boobs and i even rolled the band once

For me it fit as expected though i found it was just a bit longer than i wanted i’m partly to blame for that i’m 4’11” after all but it worked out because the skirt is high waisted so all i had to do was pull it up
