Pretty thin i wish they had padding a little more to the front in between my thighsbut it does the trick better then nothing

Phew cause the alternative is not very nice and i personally find it incredibly difficult if not impossible to make it through a spin class without padding protection

Im a medium in underwear but the medium was so tight it almost cut off my breath

I did not like this product at all i never even used it at the try and get on because it was just a very uncomfortable and i brought it for comfort so that was besides the point
