First off most of the people complaining about these are doing so because they thought the panties were supposed to be a substitute for wearing pads or tampons

They have some kind of lining covering most of the back that prevents the blood from soaking through and this lining is what causes the faint rustling sound that some reviewers complained about i personally never hear it when going about my usual business id have to actually rub the underwear between my fingers to actually hear the sound

I actually came here to write this review because i woke up today to get a serious shock when i saw how much i had leaked overnight it turns out that my clothes and sheets were spotless but because the underwear prevents the blood from soaking through it sort of pooled and left a huge stain on the underwear

The panties are also very comfortable and you should order according to us sizes i believe the manufacturer adjusted so that if you order a small you will get the equivalent in their own sizing system

I was concerned about the lining being uncomfortable but there isn’t really a lot of thickness added at all
