Pros

The color is a fantastic neutral and it goes with everything. If its passes that test you area a sure winner with me! It is actually a lot better than i expected. My sister ordered herself one after seeing mine in person.

The side zip pockets are also handy. The only downside is the water bottle holder on the sides only hold small water bottles like a 16 oz plastic from the store. But it fits the smaller 16 ounce plastic water bottles.

The zippered pocket inside fit my passport and wallet and vax card nicely. It's not a deal breaker, but would be nice if the pockets were larger.

Adding a cushioned shoulder pad would remedy this problem. Something that would be nice is if there was a way for the straps to tuck in somewhere. Using thicker material would prevent this from happening.
