Pros

This set has everything you need for a great weight lifting workout. Comes with a bar for squats or bench pressing. Great for high rep workouts.

The weights screw on easily and the bolts hold them in place very well, no slipping off when in use. I live in the 3rd floor of a walk-ups apartment complex and mine is the * with 3 additional floors inside. Easy to pack and travel with.

Cons

Cheap garbage. It's a poor quality product, made of plastic filled with heavy material, it's bulky. Anyway, buyer beware.
