Pros

The velcro pad keeps the belt in place while you are rappelling. It is extremely comfortable and easy to adjust. Great for rappelling and tactical gear. Great value for money.

The medium belt fits me perfectly. They run a lil bit big. Easily adjusted.

Just buy it. It's basically perfect. Do it. Great belt otherwise. Awesome belt. Good belt.

Cons

The buckle on this belt is of the worst design i’ve ever had the misfortune of using. The velcro is worn out already. The buckle protrudes way to much and really dosent hold tight. This belt is too stiff.
