Pros
It is infinitely adjustable because the metal is bendable and twistable. The tilt hinge is one one side, so you only have to stabilize that one side. The shoulder rest is stout and adjustable.
There are youtube videos that show how to customize the shoulder rest to fit your body perfectly. It takes a bit of customization to fit well, but with ~5 minutes of minor adjustments it's excellent. Easy to adjust to fit in violin case.

One of the main issues i have struggled when playing the violin is that i have a longish neck and a slim build so most of the time shoulder rests tend to slide off and i play with bad posture
