The instructions arent super clear so if it doesnt seem to be working that well or is falling off the holder its probably just not put together 100 right

The button on the back isnt the greatest location but it holds both the s8 and the note 8 just fine

Ive never had it fail to stay upright or hold my phone securely

You can charge the phone with it in holder

It still swivels to the sides but cannot position the screen up
