Pros

Wodfitters emailed me after this original post to let me know the other band is in the mail. They are top notch and very heavy duty!

Used it well for my fitness for about 2 yrs. They are easy to transport and do a workout form anywhere. It is on the thin side so i wrap a facecloth around it because i found it was digging into the back of my knee while using it for lunges.

Cons

The issue is that the picture and description leads you to believe it is all the bands pictured you are getting - 5. Very disappointed. Not worth the money.
