Pros
Gives stability while benching or pressing. Good support for my weak wrists during weight lifting workout. Works great for an type of training.
Easy and quick to put on and simple to tighten or loosen. Keeps wrist tight but still flexible. Manipulating the cord to stay fastened can be a little challenging.
The pink color is great and vibrant. Love the cute colors too.
These offer great wrist support. Great price. Works great.
Cons
There is a lot of fabric to wrap around your wrists and it is bulky. To secure it is a thin string of elastic. Zero support, bulky and uncomfortable.
Not happy avout thos product. Very upsetting.
These are complete rubbish. However, the set i received has a very strong moth ball odor.

It is also not clear from the instructions how to best fasten the cord

When i tried it the way the instructions appeared to indicate the wrap kept loosening while being worn
