Pros

They heat up evenly and one of the best buys for the price. The heat isolation for the lid is awesome.

This brand has excellent durability. What a steal. This is the absolute best set i have ever owned.


Cons

The lids collect water and other crud from the dishwasher. My gripe is the way the handle is fastened to the lid.

    I was prompted to write this review because earlier today i put a chicken carcass and some veggies into the 6 quart stock pot and went into my home office and went to work

    Forgetting the stock i was making i never turned the burner down to simmer and a couple of hours later i left my office to a house full of smoke i had burned down the liquid and what little remained in the pot was charred black and stuck all over the bottom of the pan

    I took the pan and lid immediately outside it is winter to cool off and went about trying to air out the kitchen
