Pros

Incredibly durable, reliable mp3 player. The whole thing was resolved in about 6 hours. It is very impressive how it is packaged and all the items included.

The wiwoo holds a charge well, has plenty of storage, and has good sound quality. I hope the manufacturer will improve the back/forward * for audiobook-listeners. The battery life and sound quality are more than decent.

Mp3 has an excellent wireless connection with my phone. I like the sound quality, it is similar to ipod nano. The sound quality is excellent, the communication quality of the bluetooth is excellent. It is a great headphone.

Bluetooth works, though you have to reconnect if you pause too long. Takes some maneuvering because the device has a lot of features.

Cons

Feels hollow like it’s some cheap electronic novelty. Charged for 12 hrs and nothing, will not even turn on, show any display on my desktop, it's just dead. Its utter garbage imo.

It keep disconnecting from my laptop while downloading my music. Takes several minutes to connect to bt manually scrolling though phone. The bluetooth transmission is terrible and cuts out if more than 16” from headphones!
