Pros & Cons
Pros
The sound on this metronome is a good loud solid wood nock. It does everything it's supposed to do, cranks easily, and looks nice. It is accurate and loud enough to hear over my guitar.
Bought this for my pianist daughter. It has been a great help to her with learning the time value of each note in different pieces, plus learning to play them at the speed the composer desired. Adds an interesting novelty to my baby grand!
Wittner metronomes are the best ones of the market, they're expensive too, but it is worth the money. The quality of the brand is indisputable. There are complaints that the product looked cheap, but i actually think it looks nice.
Cons
An old-fashioned metronome that doesn't sound evenly is useless. What is wood is thin veneer, and the rest of it is plastic.
