Pros & Cons
Pros
I use the unit to get the beat correct when playing paganini violin concertos. It is loud enough to hear over a grand piano, and its tone is cutting but not obnoxious. Good for beginners.
Instructions are very general but the instrument is fairy intuitive. I like how compact it is and easy to store. The windup key is nicely stored inside the unit when not in use.
The key to any metronome is how well it keeps time. This one keeps time exceptionally well with a range from 40 bps (beats/sec) all the way to 208 bps.
Even though the body is plastic, it is sturdy and well made. It’s lasts for quite a long time. Well packaged and arrived quickly.

This is a rare occasion where you are buying old world quality of something you will hand down to your kids
But it’s a very nice metronome for the money

I was apprehensive to buy another one but i did because the price was good and i liked the size was cute and small
Competitiveness
Its loud enough to hear during practice small enough to fit in my guitar case and a wellmade piece of equipment for the price

The boss one that talks might be the only metronome that would make me consider moving back to digital but that one is way more expensive and there’s a chance i would not be able to sync with it in the long haul
