First unit was defective and the nokia customer service via email was a slow process so i went around them directly to amazon and was sent a new unit within 24hrs

Note that it no longer runs withings app but actually the nokia app since nokia has bought withings company

Arrived in a timely fashion ultra easy to set up syncs with my fitbit app no problem and does everything its supposed to

This scale was bought to replace my fitbit aria the withings scale with the app that goes along with it works perfectly with no connection issues that i had with the fitbt product
