It comes flat packed and packaged well. Easy to put together and very sturdy. We used it all the time since we are practicing montessori.

It's sturdier and more elegant-looking than the plastic ones you see more often. If you want a step ladder that lasts, i’d definitely recommend this one.

Sturdy enough to hold an adult up to 140lb. It is sturdy enough for our 2 year old baker.

Cons

Compared to our sdadi kitchen stool for the same price, this one is way poorer quality. The paint is chipping - surface is not smooth. Looks like they tried to paint over it to salvage the damage.

It's also a bit narrower, making it more difficult to climb into. My son is only year and 5 month old son climbed up on it yesterday and it completely fell apart out of nowhere.
