Pros & Cons
Pros
They drive in smoothly, come out cleanly, and stay in place. Held our 12x16 tent secure during 25 mph sustained winds.
I'm impressed with the quality of the stakes andamp; the storage bag too. They are worth the money. Bundles in sturdy package.
They're lightweight for backpacking, very sturdy, and have a good grip. Lightweight but durable and nice carrying pouch.
Cons
Wise owl stakes are a no-go for backcountry travel where gear reliability is important. Company falsely represents this item. This is not a 10 stake - it is a 7 inch stake with 3 inches of string attached.

Quality
Lightweight and very sturdy due to design form
I made the swap with the stakes removing the oem stakes and they seem to be well made

Tired of replacing stakes twice a season or worse coming up short because the last stake broke
Price
Considering groundhogs are 3 each this is a great value
These are a nice set of camping steaks at a nice price
No big deal for the price and quantity i can live with that
For the price the tent stakes are very well priced
Packaging/appearance
These are 10” long are sturdy and come in a nice bag for packing away
We used these for a long time in the dirt and they removed fantastic easy to clean stored nice while packing and were very strong
So in very packed tent sites ive bent a couple and the tops get sort of flattened and battered and develop little sharp unsightly edges
Those pads are usually packed sand and gravel
Competitiveness
Far superior to what many tent makers provide with their tents
Every bit as good as msr groundhog tent stakes
Nonetheless it is a decent stake and will be better than most stakes included with tents
So i figured i’d try these as an alternative to the msr groundhog

Black is perhaps not the ideal color for the stake itself but the red line with reflective threading makes up for that somewhatironically the one stent that bent wasnt the one i banged into a rock nine times but the one i thought went in nice and smooth
