Pros

Machine screws with the nuts to attach slider plate to seat swivel. Add bearing grease to inside of slide channel to make it an easier slide. Add wd40 on rails for easier movement of seat. Rear rail is optional.

The seats are removeable for storage. Rails are easy to install.
