It gets stained and i usually get it polished when i visit the dentist

I have receeding gums and probably dont brush those teeth thoroughly enough for fear of aggravating it further

I usually get my dentist to give me a scale and polish during my routine checkup but last time he didnt do a particularly thorough job and didnt remove all the plaque
