Pros

They hold cords, hide the mess and may or may not be made of diamonds. It's important to measure the dimensions of your panel to make sure these will fit. Lots of room for cords but things get a little tight once i include a surge protector.

Trays come with mounting screws and are easy to install. Can install them facing forwards or backwards. No issue of installing and put cable inside it.
