Also it has no semiuseless passive components especially inductors in series with the power for noise suppression that can sometimes do more harm than good

Well if you are looking to plug a few lights and your various device chargers or even a desktop then you are probably better off with the more conventional and much cheaper alternatives

The surge suppressors in other devices are notorious for causing current limiting as the load for an audio system that is not class a is dynamically variable
