After that you just needed to plug the cameras into a power supply and the camera ended up connecting to the receiver in the dvr and they began to record

You also get the best of both worlds with the capability of attaching the cameras to ethernet cables and getting faster connections to the dvr for a clearer and crisper footage to be recorded but i was able to get footage from down in the basement of an old building while the dvr was upstairs in an office recording the footage

Mounted the camera plugged it in turned on nvr and it all just worked immediately
