The challenge is that the wireless remote is useless unless i open up my attic ceiling drop down door and use the remote to turn it onoff

I will likely just have my electrician convert my current onoff switch that was previously built for my dryer to this one so that i can just flip it onoff

Wireless remote is very weak so keep in mind if you are looking to be able to turn on off through a ceiling or structure

I suspect that pointing the controller at the spot where the forced air ducting discharges into the room will allow the signal to travel down the duct and activate this unit
