Pros
The quality is very good on these devices. The sound is clear and crisp, the range is excellent. The battery life is exceptional. Even around walls.
The only downsides are the high price and each transmitter has a mute button but when it is mute there is no indication on the transmitter that it is muted so the person wearing it cannot tell if the mute is engaged or not. It is a bit bulking to wear... Read More

When the transmitters are first turned onthey startup in the mute mode even though the two blue operation lights are both illuminated
