I actually keep forgetting i have this little thing in my ear until i see it in the mirror its that comfortable for me

This is the smallest earbud i have so far and i have to say the quality of the sound is good even listening to the music from my phone i riding my bike

On off button is a little difficult to use but that probably cant be helped due to the small size of the device
