I got these 2 months ago and absolutely love them they are comfortable with 3 different size buds sound quality is excellent easy to use got confused with charging the pod holder indicator led but got it sorted now

The audio is ok and the earpiece doesnt fit my ear properly and i tried every size but it may be my problem
