Pros
The lighting is perfect. Yes it is more lit up at the top right than the bottom left. The pull up light is a great bonus as it helps to illuminate the kindle screen if i'm reading in poor light.

It sends me back to possibly the previous days ending page or it just starts clicking around in the menu. I assume that it is causing a short somewhere and sending random commands to the system.
Fatal flaw from my perspective. The night light is not dependable. Is this defective?
The light illuminates the upper right portion of the page but sheds little light on the lower left. The bottom is very dim and it's a strain on my eyes to see the print. As has been pointed out by many reviewers, the light is quite uneven.

In pitch black the page is clearly visible by the light of the kindle cover

While it uses the power from the kindle the power drain is very minimal and i have not noticed and real need to recharge the kindle any more often than usual

I dont have super strong hands though my dexterity if fine and i found pulling the light out required more effort than should be needed
