These tecknet door chimes model wa718 bulk number yjrp311 did not successfully pair the receiver and transmitter for any of the 3 kits i purchased

With the help of the vendor whose customer service initially credited a 20 refund back to me for my difficulties with the product they eventually found that the instructions provided with the chimes were incorrect

Pairing of the transmitter to receiver is performed using the melodymusic selection button and not with the volume button

While not a feature described in the listing for this product i purchased these kits based upon the qa section replies and other customer reviews that said multiple transmitters could be paired to a single receiver with each transmitter having its own chime melody assignment

That would be ideal allowing for a transmitter at each of multiple locations to facilitate knowing from where the chime was activated
