Pros & Cons
Pros
This setup is pretty quiet for a tumbler and is easy to use. While not overly loud, i would suggest having an external location to use it.
Tumblr comes with clear step-by-step instructions with pictures of the stone, and add each step and explanations. The instructions are helpful in answering questions about the process. The included instruction book is excellent.
The tumbler does a great job of polishing stones. I've always been fascinated with polished rocks.
Drum is the perfect size for small to medium-sized stones. It seals well, and doesn't leak at all. No signs of leaking after several uses.
I was impressed with the quality of this tumbler. It is exactly what we were hoping for. Seems fairly well made works as expected.

The hard rubber of the tumbler does take the traditional noise level down a bit but it is still noisy

The noise from the motor is almost nonexistent and the noise from the rocks tumbling is lowered to sound almost like a babbling brook
