I had a issue with one of the pair that i received that only sound was coming out of the left and nothing from the right i contacted the supplier and they were more than happy to replace the faulty headphones and sent them out for delivery the next day

Lovely quality very strong the plug is metal the cable is reinforced where it splits into two comes with spare ear rubber inserts and is stored in a v neat small zipped case
