Pros
Every year, those pesky critters destroy my yard. I'm ecstatic because my yard was getting over-run with * moles. What works for me is i leave the trap outside and only handle it with gloves on.
These things work flawlessly! Very impressed and pleased. Made in the usa, have a couple of patents, and have good instructions.
This trap is easy to set - find the mole run, intersect it, step on the trap and set it - it just works. Find the main runner tunnel and install the trap there.
Cons
The instructions say if you haven't caught anything within 24 hours to move the trap to a new run. The problem appears to be that the moles in my yard are digging their tunnels about 6 inches under the ground and there are no tunnels that i can detect... Read More

I like to use 2 on one defined tunnel system as the systems zig zig and it is difficult to tell what parts are regularly traveled and which arent traveled at all

When placing on a section of the tunnel system do not tamp the tunnels down again only the area under the trap they tend to go in the direction of the tunnel system and that leads them right to the trap

To disengage it i drop it from about 6 fix back on the grass and it typically springs it if you do not have a stick handy

If you have a mole problem these are effective but i havent tried other means because i have a couple acres of yard so repellents etc
